Since 2005, they are no longer allowed to burn or bury agricultural waste, or dispose of it in domestic waste bins.

Agricultural waste is defined as waste produced as a result of agricultural activity but does not include waste produced at sites such as riding stables, equine centres, farm shops or kennels.
